The Real Property E-Record fees listed above are our service fees only and does not include additional county recording fees and or taxes (if any). Rocket Liens' service fees will be assessed regardless of whether a government agency accepts or rejects the documents submitted. Documents must be received by the 12:00pm (PST) cut off time for urgent requests. Timelines above reflect when our office submits your documents to the government agency. Each agency processes and records filings on its own schedule, and we are not responsible for those timelines.
